We prefer that customers select the 'signed for' post fee option. This way we can track the status of your order. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the mail if the standard delivery option is selected.

Monster Threads will exchange any product.

For items purchased at markets:
Please exchange at the market you purchased the item from.

For items purchased online:
• Wrong size / colour / style ordered: Send the item and a self-addressed prepaid 500g bag to us.
• The item is defective: Send the item back to us.

orders and payments

When you place an order through the website we will confirm your order by email. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product from us. Nothing we do or say will amount to acceptance of that offer until your order is actually dispatched to yourselves. Where multiple products are ordered each item is treated as an individual order and if sent separately our acceptance of the order takes place on dispatch of each product. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will deduct your account with the full payment at the time of ordering. At the point of order you must provide us with your card billing address and contact telephone number. These details must be the same as the card issuing company has on file for you. Any incorrect or incomplete information will delay your order being processed. Orders will not be processed until card authorisation has been received.

 
delivery

Delivery will be made to the address given at the time of ordering. It is very important that goods are thoroughly checked before acceptance, by signing for the goods you are accepting the goods in good condition.

No claims for loss or damage will be accepted if the goods have been signed for without detailing any damage or missing items to delivering company at the time of delivery and notified to us within 48 hours. If you sign for the goods unchecked this signifies you are prepared to accept the condition of the goods without checking them, any subsequent claims under these circumstances will not be accepted.

cancellation

If you want to cancel your order you can contact us by email tees@monsterthreads.co.uk prior to goods being dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched you can return goods within 21 days of receipt providing the goods are in unused condition and are still in their original packaging. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you unless goods are faulted.

 
returns

Upon satisfactory receipt of goods by us a full refund of the amount paid less any costs incurred will be credited to your account. Any goods returned in unsaleable or damaged condition or with components missing cannot be credited. After informing us of your wish to return goods you have 7 days to return these items to us, failure to return the goods within this timescale may result in your right to cancel being revoked.

product guarantees

The manufacturers guarantee all items for defects in materials and workmanship for a minimum period of 12 months and many offer an extended warranty period. In the unlikely event of a problem you should contact Monster Threads and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
